The project:
EcomStream has successfully negotiated a new payment service provider for Amac, delivering significantly improved commercial conditions. The new merchant contract includes optimized rates, reduced fees, and upgraded Terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure enhanced performance and reliability.
During this process, EcomStream also uncovered previously unknown efficiencies, creating additional cost-saving opportunities that Amac was not aware of before.
This strategic move provides Amac with a more cost-effective and scalable payment infrastructure while improving the overall payment experience for customers. With the new vendor agreement in place, Amac is now better positioned to reduce operational costs, increase service quality, and focus on driving business growth.
